STAFFVIRTUAL, Inc. is seeking a Paid Social Specialist to support the Paid Social team from a remote setup.

The role focuses on ensuring Meta ad campaigns launch correctly, are monitored, and maintained without errors, following documented processes and guidance from senior colleagues. You will review live and pending Meta campaigns, monitor pacing, verify URLs/UTMs, assist with campaign setup, ensure correct creatives, and clearly communicate issues to the team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive, process-driven work.
• Ability to follow instructions precisely and meet deadlines consistently.
• Clear written communication for internal coordination.
• Familiarity with Google Sheets, Google Slides, and Microsoft Teams.

Responsibilities

• Review live and pending Meta campaigns for accuracy in settings, budgets, audiences, creatives, and naming conventions.
• Primary focus will be Meta; secondary will be Snapchat and TikTok.
• Monitor campaign pacing to ensure budgets are spending appropriately relative to plan; flag under- or over-spend issues promptly.
• Verify URLs, UTMs, and destination functionality prior to and after launch.
• Perform daily delivery checks using internal tools and directly in platform to identify anomalies or errors for escalation.
• Assist with campaign setup using provided briefs and step-by-step instructions.
• Ensure correct creative versions are used and aligned with launch requirements.
• Clearly communicate errors, risks, or pacing concerns to senior team members.
• Track identified issues through resolution to ensure no gaps in execution.
• Independently build campaigns from approved briefs; perform repeatable maintenance tasks (pausing, duplicating, budget updates).
• Support a higher volume of campaigns once consistency and trust are established.
