STAFFVIRTUAL, Inc. is seeking a Paid Social Specialist (Remote) to support the Paid Social team with campaign setup, QA, and ongoing maintenance across Meta, Snapchat, and TikTok.

You will follow documented processes, verify settings and budgets, and escalate issues to senior colleagues, ensuring accurate launches, on-time delivery, and reliable performance in a fast-paced remote environment.

Qualificações

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager.
• Strong attention to detail and comfort with repetitive, process-driven work.
• Ability to follow instructions precisely and meet deadlines.
• Clear written communication skills for internal coordination.
• Familiarity with Google Sheets, Google Slides, and Microsoft Teams.

Responsabilidades

• Review live and pending Meta campaigns for accuracy in settings, budgets, audiences, creatives, and naming conventions.
• Primary focus will be Meta with secondary attention to Snapchat and TikTok.
• Monitor pacing to ensure budgets align with plan; flag under- or over-spend issues promptly.
• Verify URLs, UTMs, and destinations before and after launch.
• Perform daily delivery checks to identify anomalies or errors for escalation.
• Assist with campaign setup using provided briefs and step-by-step instructions.
• Ensure correct creative versions are used and aligned with launch requirements.
• Clearly communicate errors, risks, or pacing concerns to senior team members.

About the Client

Overview

The Paid Social Associate is a behind-the-scenes execution and quality assurance rolesupporting the Paid Social team. This position is focused on ensuring Social ad campaigns arelaunched correctly, monitored consistently, and maintained without errors. The associate followsdocumented processes and direct guidance from senior team members to support campaignaccuracy, budget control, and reliability. This role is not responsible for leading client communication, campaign strategy, or creativedirection.

Responsibilities

• Review live and pending Meta campaigns for accuracy in settings, budgets, audiences,creatives, and naming conventions
• Primary focus will be Meta. Secondary will be Snapchat and TikTok.
• Monitor campaign pacing to ensure budgets are spending appropriately relative to plan; flag under- or over-spend issues promptly
• Verify URLs, UTMs, and destination functionality prior to and after launch
• Perform daily delivery checks using internal tools and directly in platform to identify anomalies or errors for escalation
• Assist with campaign setup using provided briefs and step-by-step instructions
• Ensure correct creative versions are used and aligned with launch requirements
• Clearly communicate errors, risks, or pacing concerns to senior team members
• Track identified issues through resolution to ensure no gaps in execution
• Independently build campaigns from approved briefs
  Perform repeatable maintenance tasks (pausing, duplicating, budget updates)
• Support a higher volume of campaigns once consistency and trust are established

• Strong attention to detail and comfort with repetitive, process-driven work
• Ability to follow instructions precisely and meet deadlines consistently
• Clear written communication skills for internal coordination
