Outsourced is seeking a detail-oriented Social Media Implementation Coordinator to support paid social media campaigns. This entry-level role offers hands-on experience across ad creation, campaign setup, and performance reporting.

You will work with our internal digital and strategy teams to bring briefs to life, manage day-to-day execution, and communicate results clearly to the team. Work schedule includes M-F 7am-4pm with a WFH arrangement.

Responsibilities

• Campaign Build & Execution: Create social media ad assets following brand guidelines; build, traffic, and publish paid campaigns across platforms; ensure campaigns are set up accurately and on time.
• Internal Communication: Act as a key point of contact between customer; provide clear updates on campaign status and delivery; flag issues or opportunities early.
• Reporting & Optimisation Support: Pull and compile campaign performance reports; track spend, impressions, clicks, conversions; assist with weekly/monthly dashboards; support optimisation tasks.
• Quality Control: Check ads, links, copy, and tracking before launch; maintain consistency with brand and platform requirements.
• What We're Looking For: Entry-level in digital marketing; reliable doer; comfortable following processes; curious and coachable.
