Staff Virtual is seeking a Digital Ad Operations Associate with hands-on experience in setting up, trafficking, monitoring, and reporting programmatic advertising campaigns. The role is remote with a night shift schedule, offering training and global exposure within a collaborative team environment.

You will assist in launching campaigns across programmatic, social, and search platforms, ensure tracking and assets are correctly implemented, and work with seniors to optimize performance.
