SourceU is seeking an experienced Digital Marketing & Paid Social Specialist to own paid advertising and social media delivery for our growing group of businesses. This role focuses on hands-on execution with minimal supervision and a strong emphasis on results.

You will manage Meta Ads Manager, create compelling ad content, and provide clear reporting on performance. The position offers a remote, long-term opportunity with opportunities to optimize and scale campaigns.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience managing Meta advertising campaigns.
• Proven examples of campaigns you personally managed and results achieved.
• Understanding of lead generation, customer acquisition, and conversion-focused marketing.
• Experience managing business social media accounts.
• Strong written English skills with the ability to write effective advertising copy.
• Experience editing images and videos into advertising creatives.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, manage, and optimise paid social media campaigns.
• Manage Meta Ads Manager as a core responsibility.
• Monitor campaign performance, leads, conversions, and key advertising metrics.
• Test different audiences, creative approaches, and campaign strategies to improve results.
• Track advertising spend efficiency and provide performance insights.
• Write advertising copy for paid and organic social media content.
• Edit and assemble supplied photos and videos into ad-ready creative.
• Plan, schedule, and maintain consistent social media content.
• Create content that communicates products, offers, and brand messages clearly to the target audience.
• Take ownership of daily marketing execution.
• Provide regular performance updates and campaign reports.
• Identify issues, recommend improvements, and action agreed changes.
