DOXA is seeking a Paid Search Account Manager to deliver measurable results for enterprise, multi-location clients through strategic campaign execution, data-driven optimization, and performance analysis. The role requires an experienced professional who can independently manage multiple accounts, translate client goals into effective campaigns, and provide actionable insights.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Advertising/Business/Communications or related field.
4+ years SEM experience managing Google Ads and Microsoft Ads at enterprise/multi-location level.
Experience with Yelp and Reddit advertising is a plus.

Responsabilités

Plan, build, and manage campaigns across Search, Local Services Ads, Performance Max, Demand Gen, YouTube.
Execute campaign launch and optimization QA processes, ensuring tracking, targeting, budgets, creative assets, and reporting configurations are accurate prior to activation.
Own ongoing campaign optimizations including keywords, bids, audiences, ad copy, and targeting, with the analytical rigor to know what to change, when, and why.
Monitor account health and budget pacing across your book of business, proactively surfacing risks and recommending spending adjustments before they impact client results.
Translate performance data into clear insights, communicating what changed, what it means, and what you’re doing about it through client-facing reports and internal documentation.
Populate paid search campaign results in monthly reporting and quarterly business reviews (QBRs), translating performance trends, insights, and recommendations into clear, actionable narratives tied to client goals.
Partner with Senior Media Strategists and Client Service teams to align search execution with broader client strategy and contribute to process improvements and documentation that raise the quality bar across the team.
Evaluate and implement new Google Ads and Microsoft Ads features, beta programs, and automation capabilities to drive innovation and performance gains.
Partner with analytics and tracking teams to ensure conversion measurement, attribution, and reporting frameworks accurately reflect client business objectives.
