This role requires independent management of 1,000+ campaigns monthly and collaboration with cross-functional teams. Ideal candidates have 4+ years of hands-on SEM experience with Google Ads and Microsoft Ads, strong budget management skills, and a proactive, analytical mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Communications, or related field preferred.
• 4+ years of hands-on SEM experience with Google Ads and Bing.
• Experience managing enterprise or multi-location accounts preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, build, and manage campaigns across Search, Local Services Ads, Performance Max, and YouTube to hit client goals for lead volume, efficiency, or revenue growth.
• Execute campaign launch and QA processes ensuring tracking, targeting, budgets, assets, and reporting configurations are accurate before activation.
• Own ongoing optimizations including keywords, bids, audiences, ad copy, and targeting with analytical rigor.
