Job summary

Lilo Social is a full-funnel eCommerce growth agency helping DTC brands scale profitably through paid media, email, and creative services. We seek a Paid Search Media Buyer to own Google Ads and Microsoft Ads strategy, execution, and optimization for multiple eCommerce clients, driving measurable ROAS and growth.

You will manage search, shopping, and Performance Max campaigns, conduct keyword research, write compelling ad copy, optimize product feeds, and analyze performance data to deliver

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of hands-on paid search experience managing Google Ads accounts for eCommerce brands.
• Proven track record of managing monthly ad budgets $50K+ and achieving strong ROAS.
• Expert knowledge of Google Ads campaign structures: Search, Shopping, Performance Max.
• Strong proficiency with Google Merchant Center and product feed optimization.
• Advanced analytical skills to interpret data and translate insights into actions.
• Excellent proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.
• Strong copywriting and client communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive paid search strategies for Google Ads and Microsoft Ads across multiple eCommerce accounts.
• Manage and optimize search, shopping and Performance Max campaigns to hit ROAS targets.
• Conduct keyword research, expansion and bid optimization to maximize efficiency and reach.
• Write compelling ad copy and perform ongoing A/B testing to improve CTR and conversions.
• Manage product feed optimization for Shopping campaigns in Google Merchant Center.
• Monitor search term reports daily to identify expansion opportunities and refine negative keywords.
• Analyze performance data to identify trends and develop optimization strategies.
• Build and maintain client relationships with regular performance reporting and recommendations.
• Collaborate with creative teams to develop high-converting landing pages and provide feedback.
• Stay updated on platform updates and industry trends to maintain cutting-edge campaigns.
• Track and report ROAS, CPCs, impressions, share, and overall health; manage budgets for efficiency.
