Job summary

Hunt St Pty Ltd is recruiting a Paid Media & Creative Specialist in the Philippines. Engagement is as an independent contractor to support AU and North American business hours, with 100% remote work.

You will transform assets into high‑performing Meta and Google ads, optimizing for ROAS and MER while collaborating with the eCommerce and Marketing Manager. We value strong analytics, campaign scale strategies, and creative briefs to guide designers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience managing paid advertising campaigns for ecommerce or consumer brands across AU and NA.
• Strong experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
• Working knowledge of Klaviyo, audience segmentation and flows.
• Experience with Shopify and GA4 analytics.
• Understanding of MER and ROAS metrics.
• Graphic design skills (Canva/Photoshop) are a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimise paid advertising campaigns across Meta, Google and other relevant channels across AU and North America.
• Optimise campaigns against ROAS and MER while focusing on overall marketing efficiency.
• Own the paid media budget end-to-end with data-driven decisions.
• Own the full‑funnel paid architecture from prospecting to retargeting.
• Identify opportunities to scale winning campaigns and reduce CAC.
• Stay ahead of platform updates and test AI-driven optimisation approaches.
• Take creative assets and turn them into high‑performing ads across Meta/Google.
• Coordinate with eCommerce team to align campaigns with inventory and launches.
