Remote Staff, INC. is seeking a Paid Media and Digital Marketing Specialist to own our client’s paid advertising and lead-generation activities. You will manage Google and Meta campaigns, work with an in-house developer on tracking, and coordinate with external content partners.

Reporting to the Founder & CEO, you will optimize ad spend, improve CPL, and provide weekly performance reports by channel and geography. The role requires AI fluency and strong English communication.

Formación

• Proven Paid Media Track Record: experience with lead-gen campaigns on Google Ads and hands-on Meta Ads management.
• AI tools integration into daily marketing workflows (ChatGPT, Claude, Jasper).
• Hands-on call tracking and attribution using platforms like WildJar or CallRail.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication; able to present ROI to executives.
• Highly organized, autonomous and ownership-driven with a focus on performance metrics.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and scale Google Ads campaigns for high-intent local lead generation.
• Perform weekly search term audits, negative keywords, bid optimization, and suburb-level location targeting.
• Set up and scale Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) to generate quotes and bookings.
• Leverage AI workflows to generate ad copy, cluster search queries, and test audiences.
• Monitor call tracking and lead quality with WildJar; optimize tags and attribution.
• Produce weekly performance reports detailing ad spend, inbound leads, CPL, and bookings by channel/geography.
• Coordinate with developers for pixel tracking, landing pages, and CRM events.
