Job summary

Staff X is hiring a Senior Paid Ads Specialist to take full ownership of Google and Meta advertising across a portfolio of active client accounts. This remote role offers autonomy and direct impact on performance, client retention, and revenue.

You will manage campaigns, conduct keyword research, monitor daily performance, run A/B tests, and deliver clear performance reports to clients. Prior agency or client-facing digital experience and strong ROAS focus are required.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of paid media experience in a marketing agency or client-facing digital environment.

Responsibilities

• Plan, build, and manage paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager from brief through to live optimisation.
• Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and ad copy development tailored to each client's objectives and market.
• Monitor campaign performance daily, identify underperformance early, and implement data-driven adjustments to maximise return on ad spend.
• Produce clear, accurate performance reports and deliver actionable recommendations to internal stakeholders or directly to clients.
• Manage campaign budgets responsibly, ensuring spend is allocated efficiently and pacing is maintained throughout the campaign period.
• Run structured A/B tests across creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies to continuously improve conversion rates and cost efficiency.
• Stay current on platform algorithm changes, new ad formats, and emerging best practices across Google and Meta ecosystems.
