HireArchi is seeking a highly execution-focused Paid Media Manager to own lead generation campaigns across Meta, Google, and LinkedIn. This fully remote role operates on rapid cycles with monthly campaign cadence tied to lead magnets and ongoing testing for performance-driven results.

You will launch campaigns quickly, optimize in real time, and scale or drop based on data, maintaining transparent reporting and a central performance dashboard.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing paid campaigns for lead generation.
• Strong working knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
• Experience with retargeting and conversion-focused funnels.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, iterative environments.

Responsibilities

• Launch new paid campaigns within 3–5 business days of assets received.
• Build and manage campaigns across Meta, Google, and LinkedIn.
• Maintain a consistent campaign structure for rapid repeats of successes and drops of failures.
• Run structured tests on creative, copy, and audiences.
• Monitor performance daily and adjust quickly.
• Identify winning campaigns and scale them.
• Shut down underperforming campaigns efficiently.
• Build and manage retargeting campaigns across platforms.
• Ensure users are brought back into the funnel for conversion.
• Optimize full-funnel performance, not just top-of-funnel clicks.
• Provide clear recommendations on ads, messaging, and landing pages.
• Translate performance data into actionable insights.
• Maintain a centralized dashboard and weekly performance updates.
