Job summary

ScaleSource PH is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist (Multi-Industry) for remote work. You’ll own campaigns post-launch, optimizing copy, creative, and distribution across platforms.

Responsibilities include planning and adjusting paid campaigns (Meta/Google/LinkedIn), collaborating with writers/designers, and running Klaviyo or Mailchimp email/SMS flows. Fluency in written English and basic HTML/CSS are essential.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years running digital marketing campaigns end to end.
• Hands-on with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
• Proficient in Photoshop and Premiere for basic editing.
• Experience with Klaviyo or Mailchimp for email/SMS campaigns.
• Written English fluency essential.
• Experience with AI tools, SEO/GA, basic HTML/CSS is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and adjust paid campaigns on Meta, Google, and LinkedIn.
• Collaborate with writers and designers on copy and creative.
• Build and send email and SMS campaigns in Klaviyo or Mailchimp.
• Use AI tools to draft variations while applying your own judgment.
• Pull performance numbers regularly and translate into change recommendations.
• Coordinate with design, content, and PMs to ensure timely launches.
