This fully remote role requires agency experience, a strong performance mindset, and comfort working UK business hours. You will use GoHighLevel and Basecamp, apply AI tools, and report monthly on optimizations and results.

Responsibilities

• Manage and scale paid social campaigns to fill client open days.
• Maintain CPL within target ranges and optimize costs.
• Improve Lead-to-Booking rate through funnel analysis and testing.
• Conduct competitive research to stay ahead in local markets.
• Develop and test new creative concepts with content teams.
• A/B test landing pages to maximize conversions.
• Deliver monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
• Utilize server-side tracking with Anytrack for accurate attribution.
