Job summary

Twoconnect Philippines, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Graphic Designer with packaging design experience to support new product launches, brand refreshes, and range reviews.

The role focuses on packaging artwork, label design, and high-volume SKU management, while also contributing to marketing collateral, POS materials, trade show assets, and digital design projects. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of packaging design experience, strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of graphic design experience with demonstrated packaging work.
• Strong experience in packaging artwork, box die lines, and label artwork.
• Portfolio required showing packaging artwork, ideally with die lines and label design.
• Familiarity with supplier die lines, templates, and SPecifications for SKUs.
• Understanding of prepress and print production requirements including bleed, CMYK, and spot colors.

Responsibilities

• Design new packaging artwork and update packaging to reflect product or range changes.
• Create and adapt artwork using box die lines, templates, and supplier specifications.
• Design and update label artwork for multiple product formats for print and production.
• Prepare accurate, print-ready packaging files for offset, digital, and specialty printing.
• Maintain version control and an organized packaging artwork database.
• Image manipulation and retouching for packaging and marketing use.
• Maintain and organize the image library and ensure brand guidelines are applied.
• Support creation of POS materials and trade show displays in line with brand guidelines.
• Prepare sales and marketing collateral (brochures, flyers, catalogs, ads).
• Provide minor web and digital asset support as required.
• Manage a high volume of concurrent design projects and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
