Cloudstaff is hiring a Graphic Designer to join our team in the Philippines. The role focuses on creating brand-aligned visuals, applying licensed graphics in Illustrator, and coordinating with marketing and retail on design requirements.

You will retouch product photos and help prepare digital assets for web use. The position emphasizes collaboration, accuracy with licensed artwork, and delivering high-quality visuals in a fast-paced environment, with a morning shift and on-site work in Quezon

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and other Adobe Creative Suite tools
• Familiarity with digital media workflows, including photo retouching and web asset preparation
• Strong focus on accuracy, especially with licensed artwork and legal information
• Ability to adapt designs to various formats while maintaining brand consistency
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Use existing graphics from licensed partners and apply them to carding templates in Adobe Illustrator
• Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and licensing agreements
• Update the packaging suite annually to ensure copyrights, warnings, and legal info are accurate
• Make necessary adjustments to packaging designs as directed
• Collaborate with marketing and retail teams to meet design requirements
• Retouch product photography for use on website and other digital platforms
• Ensure high-quality visuals that enhance the customer experience
• Assist with website uploads, including product images and graphics, and optimize content for web
