Job summary

HelloConnect in Taguig, Philippines, is seeking a Print and Packaging Designer to support a multi-brand portfolio across 18 markets. You will learn from senior designers while contributing your own ideas on packaging and print projects.

You will collaborate with global teams, manage tight deadlines, and refine design work from concept through final production while upholding brand guidelines and quality.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of packaging design experience in an agency setting.
• Experience with Adobe CC programs: InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop.
• Strong portfolio of print, packaging & graphic design.
• Experience with Jira, Sprout, Slack, etc.
• Understanding of CMYK and Pantone.
• Experience creating technical drawings, instructions, and spec packs.
• Experience coordinating with multiple stakeholders and timelines.
• Food & beverage experience is a plus.
• Highly collaborative and detail-oriented.
• Organized and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong typography, design systems and visual storytelling.
• Ability to prioritise and set expectations.
• Technical packaging development from concept to final product.
• Excellent communication and time management.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Create exceptional packaging designs for the in-box experience across private labels and outer boxes.
• Manage workflow of requests and execute projects from concept to final product under tight deadlines.
• Collaborate with operations, procurement and local market stakeholders.
• Work with third-party printers and partners; provide creative consultations and material recommendations.
• Uphold brand identity guidelines and maintain file quality.
• Develop work with feedback from stakeholders and meet deadlines with Creative Operations.
• Supervise the printing process to ensure quality and consistency.
• Stay updated on design trends and printing standards.
• Drive sustainability and explore new packaging trends and materials.
• Review content for grammar and accuracy.
