Job summary

Techtronic Product Development Ltd. is seeking an onsite Packaging Graphic Designer in Cebu City to lead packaging plans, coordinate tasks, and drive cross-functional design efforts across Marketing, Engineering, QA, and Manufacturing.

You will handle artwork, image retouching, and BOM maintenance, ensuring milestones are met and design targets are achieved within timelines. Portfolio showcase is required during the interview process.

Qualifications

• Degree in graphic design or equivalent is required.
• 3 years of relevant experience in packaging graphic design.
• Creative and self-motivated with good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently using Adobe software.

Responsibilities

• Develop packaging plans and coordinate tasks in a systematic way.
• Monitor work progress and adjust to minimize design deviation.
• Coordinate with Engineering and QA to complete cross-functional tasks.
• Work with marketing, development partners, and operational teams worldwide to develop packaging graphic design and product labels.
• Collaborate with structural design teams to layout graphics for effective messaging and product shelf impact.
• Handle image retouching for package design and development.
• Meet milestones for design development and support all documentation of packaging project release.
• Coordinate with outsourced design vendors and testing partners and oversee all end-to-end processes to meet or exceed packaging design targets within the timeline.
• Work with marketing, manufacturing, and product development to standardize the package design format for efficient design process and development time.
• Work with packing engineers to complete packaging artwork and maintain the packing BOM.
• Work with testing team to verify material selection.
• Work with marketing to provide total graphic solution.
• Work with planners and engineers for efficient manufacturing.
• Work with packaging suppliers for effective cost solutions.
• Work with operation partners overseas for artwork design and touch-up
