Cloudstaff Philippines Inc. is seeking a skilled Graphic Designer to join our team. You will apply licensed graphics to templates in Illustrator, ensure brand compliance, and update packaging with current copyrights and legal details.

Collaborate with marketing and retail to meet design needs and retouch product imagery for web use. You will manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, adapting designs across formats while maintaining brand consistency and accuracy of licensing

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and other Adobe Creative Suite tools (e.g., Photoshop, InDesign).
• Familiarity with digital media workflows, including photo retouching and web asset preparation.
• Strong focus on accuracy, especially with licensed artwork and legal information.
• Ability to adapt designs to various formats while maintaining brand consistency.
• Excellent verbal and written communication for collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Use existing graphics from licensed partners and apply them to carding templates in Adobe Illustrator.
• Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and licensing agreements.
• Update the packaging suite annually to ensure all copyrights, warnings, and legal information are accurate.
• Make necessary adjustments to packaging designs as directed.
• Collaborate with marketing and retail teams to meet design requirements.
• Retouch product photography for use on the website and other digital platforms.
• Ensure high-quality visuals that enhance the customer experience.
• Assist with website uploads, including product images, graphics, and other digital assets.
• Ensure all digital content is optimized for web use and aligns with brand standards.
