Must-have skills include print production, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva templates, and HTML/CSS for emails. The role requires fast, high-volume output while maintaining brand integrity and regulatory awareness.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop for label and print production.
• Canva templates enabling non-designers to edit templates.
• Print production knowledge: prepress, colour management, and liaising with suppliers.
• Basic HTML/CSS for email and website updates.
• Familiar with Airtable and Google Drive for asset management.
• Klaviyo or similar for email campaign design/build.

Responsibilities

• Design and produce print-ready beer labels by combining illustrations, typography and copy.
• Manage print production files: bleeds, die lines, substrate details, Pantone to process colours.
• Create venue templates and Canva-friendly editable assets for multiple locations.
• Build responsive HTML email templates and collaborate with CRM teams.
• Implement and update website content and JSON-LD schema for SEO.
• Assemble trade decks and keep range data up to date for buyers.
• Handle high-volume briefs efficiently via Airtable workflow.
