Job summary

Codekeeper is a remote-first company seeking a driven outbound SDR to drive growth for its SaaS Source Code Escrow platform. You will identify new business opportunities, engage prospects, and deliver exceptional customer experiences throughout the sales journey.

You will advise customers, prepare outbound campaigns, contact new leads, run demos, and negotiate offers. A 1–2 year sales track record and excellent English communication are required; US hours alignment is expected.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of sales experience with a track record of meeting/exceeding targets.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong problem-solving skills to identify customer pain points and propose solutions.
• Comfortable using a variety of technology platforms and tools.
• Time management and ability to prioritize to meet targets and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Advising customers on potential solutions and building strong relationships through excellent service.
• Preparing outbound outreach campaigns and email sequences; responding promptly to inquiries.
• Identifying and contacting new leads via inbound/outbound channels; following up via email/phone.
• A/B testing different approaches to optimize results and conversions.
• Conducting online product demos to showcase benefits and features.
• Creating and negotiating offers to close deals with potential customers.
• Upselling to active customers by identifying additional value and benefits.
