Qualifications

• Strong experience in BPO or customer service and outbound sales is preferred.
• Proven ability in telesales, phone sales and appointment setting.
• Experience with upselling or customer retention is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Make 170–200 outbound calls per day.
• Sell products ranging from 300–8000 USD.
• Work 6 days per week with long shifts and breaks as described.
• Engage in upselling and customer retention activities.
