Job summary

AKIKA.COM LLC is seeking an Outbound Customer Sales Representative for My Derma Dream. This full-time, remote role follows US EST hours and focuses on outbound sales in a fast-paced, commission-driven environment.

You will make 170–200 calls daily, selling products from $300 to $8,000 with an average order value around $1,000. Expect six days per week, 10–12 hour days, and immediate call handling.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in BPO, customer service, outbound sales, telesales, phone sales, appointment setting, upselling, or customer retention is highly preferred.
• Reliable laptop/desktop, stable internet, headset, webcam, and quiet workspace required.
• Comfortable with 100% commission-only compensation with no base salary or guaranteed monthly income.

Responsibilities

• Make 170–200 outbound calls per day.
• Sell products ranging from $300–$8,000.
• Generate sales with an average order value of approximately $1,000.
• Work 6 days per week, 10–12-hour workdays, including breaks.
• Work exclusively with My Derma Dream.
• Begin taking calls as early as Day 1.
