NeoWork is seeking an Outbound Logistics Coordinator to join the Customer Supply Chain team. This newly created role is responsible for managing the process from approved order through successful carrier pickup, ensuring timely communication, accurate data entry, and reliable execution.

This position is highly communication-driven and requires someone who can manage a high volume of emails, maintain exceptional attention to detail, and navigate multiple systems efficiently, including NetSuite.

Qualifications

• Strong written communication skills and ability to manage high-volume email correspondence.
• Attention to detail and data accuracy required.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work across multiple systems and platforms.
• Experience in logistics, supply chain, transportation, or order management preferred.
• Remote work capability.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate handoff from approved orders to executed carrier pickups.
• Confirm pickups with carriers via email and follow up.
• Complete routing in customer portals.
• Populate and maintain shipment data in NetSuite templates.
• Prepare and distribute daily pickup summary reports.
• Manage missed pickups and communicate updates to stakeholders.
• Ensure proper entry of purchase orders, ship dates, freight classes, and shipment details.
• Meet a 2-hour SLA for carrier communications.
• Navigate customer portals and scheduling systems per requirements.
