Job summary

NeoWork is hiring Logistics & Supply Chain Coordinators to keep orders, shipments, and inventory moving for U.S. companies. You will coordinate with carriers, warehouses, and customers to make sure every order arrives on time.

As a global staffing partner, NeoWork handles recruiting, HR, benefits, and ongoing support while you work directly inside clients' teams and tools. This role requires reliable internet and a home office setup in the Philippines, with availability for US business hours.

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or order management.
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Good written and spoken English.
• Based in the Philippines with a reliable home office setup and stable internet connection.
• Availability to work U.S. business hours.
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage purchase orders, order entry, and order status updates.
• Coordinate shipments with carriers, 3PL warehouses, and internal teams.
• Track deliveries and proactively resolve delays or exceptions.
• Reconcile inventory between systems and investigate discrepancies.
• Communicate order and delivery updates to customers and stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate records across portals and systems.

Nice to Have

• Experience with NetSuite, an ERP, or a TMS
