NeoWork is seeking a detail-oriented Customer Supply Chain Coordinator to support order management, customer communication, carrier coordination, and supply chain operations. This high-volume role requires strong written English and the ability to manage multiple systems while maintaining timely communication.

The ideal candidate will handle purchase orders, delivery timelines, carrier assignments, and warehouse partner coordination, ensuring accurate data across portals and expedites

Qualifications

• Strong data entry and order accuracy.

• Able to work full-time during Chicago Time Zone (CDT/CST) hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide order status updates and delivery ETAs to customers and carrier contacts.
• Validate orders are transmitted correctly to transportation and warehouse partners.
• Enter manual, sample, and other orders into relevant systems.
• Monitor purchase orders, delivery dates, carrier assignments, and order details.
• Coordinate with customers, carriers, warehouses, and internal teams to resolve issues.
• Manage a high volume of emails with clear, timely responses.
• Navigate multiple portals and systems to track and update orders.
• Maintain accurate order and shipment information across platforms.

The ideal candidate is comfortable working with purchase orders, delivery timelines, carrier assignments, and warehouse partners while maintaining clear and timely communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide order status updates and delivery ETAs to customers and carrier contacts
• Validate that orders are transmitted correctly to transportation and warehouse partners
• Enter manual, sample, and other orders accurately into the appropriate systems
• Monitor purchase orders, delivery dates, carrier assignments, and order details
• Coordinate with customers, carriers, warehouse partners, and internal teams to resolve order-related issues
• Manage a high volume of emails and provide clear, professional, and timely responses
• Navigate multiple web portals and systems simultaneously to track and update orders
• Maintain accurate order and shipment information across relevant platforms

Requirements

• Fluent written and spoken English
• Strong written and professional email communication skills
• Previous logistics, supply chain, order management, or coordination experience
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Comfortable handling high-volume email communication
• Strong data entry and order accuracy skills
