Job summary

HireHawk is seeking an Outbound GTM Lead to build and optimize a scalable outbound sales engine across Apollo, CRM systems, and sales engagement tools. You will craft and run multichannel sequences, segment leads, and drive SDR enablement while coordinating with sales leadership and account management.

The role focuses on structured, measurable outbound processes rather than pure marketing or traditional AE responsibilities, with remote collaboration across a growing, fast‑moving staffing

Qualifications

• Experience in staffing, recruitment, or workforce solutions.
• Proven ability to build or improve outbound sales processes.
• Strong understanding of SDR workflows, sequences, follow-up cadences.
• Ability to analyze outbound metrics and identify bottlenecks.

Responsibilities

• Build, optimize, and manage HireHawk's outbound GTM infrastructure across Apollo, CRMs, and sales tools.
• Own Apollo workflows, lead list creation, enrichment, sequencing, segmentation, and campaign setup.
• Develop high-quality prospect lists by ICP, industry, geography, and staffing needs.
• Create multichannel outbound workflows using calls, emails, LinkedIn, and automated tasks.
• Collaborate with SDRs to improve daily outbound execution and qualified meeting conversions.
• Analyze SDR activity and campaign performance, tracking key metrics and conversions.
• Refine qualification criteria for staffing opportunities before handoff to sales.
• Maintain CRM hygiene, lead-stage accuracy, and campaign tracking.
• Create repeatable outbound playbooks, SOPs, and training materials.
