Job summary

Hire Overseas is seeking an Outbound Email Specialist to own high-volume email prospecting and follow-up for a fast-growing snack brand. You will manage leads in Google Sheets, monitor automated emails, and keep Salesforce up-to-date while moving prospects through the pipeline.

This is an email-first outbound role with a structured playbook, Monday–Friday hours aligned to US Eastern Time, and a 100% remote setup. Strong written English and CRM experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in outbound email and lead-generation roles.
• Ability to write clear, personalized outreach and follow-ups.
• Comfort with automated outbound systems and CRM logging.

Responsibilities

• Own high-volume outbound email prospecting and follow-ups.
