Job summary

Overseas seeks an Outbound Email Specialist to own high-volume prospecting and follow-up for a fast-growing snack brand with retail traction across regional grocery chains. You will build and maintain the lead list in Google Sheets, monitor automated email sequences, respond to replies, and keep Salesforce accurate.

This is an email-first, fully remote role. You will write concise follow-ups, move conversations through the pipeline, and uphold a structured outreach cadence.

Qualifications

• Experience in outbound email sales, lead generation, or a similar email-driven SDR role.
• Strong written English communication skills with the ability to write clear, personalized outreach and follow-ups that generate responses.
• Comfortable working within an automated outbound email system including managing lead lists in Google Sheets and monitoring send performance.
• Experience with Salesforce or a comparable CRM for logging activity and managing pipeline.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage a high volume of leads and conversations simultaneously.
• Fast typing and strong computer literacy across multiple tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead Management and Outbound Email Operations: Research and add qualified leads to Google Sheets for outbound email sequences.
• Monitor automated email sends to ensure accuracy and deliverability.
• Follow up on replies promptly and move engaged prospects forward in the pipeline.
• Write clear, concise follow-up emails that do not read as spam and keep conversations moving.
• Maintain a structured outreach cadence across cold, warm, and stalled accounts.
