Job summary

Turnitin is seeking a Team Lead, Order Management to oversee the Philippines-based Order Management team. You will ensure accurate order processing, timeliness, and adherence to controls while building a high-performing, compliant operation.

You will partner with Revenue, Billing, Sales Operations and Finance Systems to optimize end-to-end order-to-cash flows, drive improvements, and support a globally distributed, remote-first environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business or related discipline.
• 3–5 years' experience in Order Management, Commercial Operations or SaaS operational environments.
• Experience leading operational teams.
• Experience with Salesforce and ERP systems.
• Understanding of subscription models and revenue recognition.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of the Philippines-based Order Management team.
• Balance workloads to meet SLAs and priorities.
• Monitor queue health and performance metrics.
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of orders and amendments.
• Support month-end/quarter-end readiness and escalation paths.
• Drive continuous improvement and process automation.
• Develop a high-performing, compliant team across time zones.
