Qualifications

• Experience building web applications using Oracle APEX.
• Experience in SQL and PL/SQL with Oracle Database.
• End-to-end development from requirements to implementation.
• Expertise in Oracle Database 11g/10g (SQL, PL/SQL).
• Development, enhancement, support, and optimization of Oracle Apex applications.
• Clear understanding of business needs and development requests.
• Flexible and Agile.
• Knowledge of Python is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates work performed by IT staff and internal customers/partners by defining project specifications and performing feasibility and needs/impact assessments.
• Develops detailed project plans and handles all implementation processes including resource allocation, progress tracking, testing, documentation, training, and on-time delivery within budget constraints.
