Job summary

Overseas is seeking a Customer Service Representative to handle inbound calls, book appointments, and provide administrative support for a pest control service operating across Massachusetts.

You will be the first point of contact, maintain schedules, and assist dispatch and billing while working fully remotely. Experience in home services is a plus; strong English communication and the ability to work US Eastern Time are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, call handling or appointment booking.
• Clear, professional English communication skills.
• Able to manage multiple tasks remotely and accurately.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls from homeowners, landlords, and property managers.
• Qualify needs, explain service options, and book appointments in GorillaDesk.
• Follow up on inquiries to close calls promptly.
• Maintain a positive and helpful tone with all callers.
• Perform data entry and keep customer records up to date.
• Coordinate scheduling and dispatching for field technicians.
• Assist with invoicing and billing follow-up.
• Support owner with administrative requests as needed.
