Qualifications

• 3–6+ years in strategy, consulting, operations, chief-of-staff or startup roles.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects to completion and drive measurable business impact.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to turn data into decisions and plans.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, able to brief leaders with clarity and confidence.

Responsibilities

• Own cross-functional initiatives from strategy to execution.
• Define objectives, owners, timelines and success metrics for initiatives.
• Maintain founder operating rhythm with priorities, agendas, and follow-ups.
• Conduct market scans, competitive reviews, and financial analysis to inform decisions.
• Prepare briefing materials, investor updates, and internal communications.
• Identify risks and blockers early and propose practical solutions to remove obstacles.
• Build repeatable systems, playbooks and dashboards to enable scalable execution.
