Qualifications

• Strong experience in international freight forwarding and logistics operations.
• Proven ability to manage freight quotations and support commercial discussions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily international freight forwarding operations.
• Coordinate FCL, LCL, and air freight shipments.
• Liaise with overseas agents, shipping lines, airlines, transport providers, and customs brokers.
• Monitor shipment progress and ensure milestones are met.
• Manage escalations and operational issues proactively.
• Ensure a high standard of customer communication and service delivery.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Provide shipment updates, logistics advice, and practical solutions.
• Drive service standards focused on visibility, communication, and reliability.
• Prepare quotations and pricing proposals.
• Support sales activities and relationship-building initiatives.
• Contribute to commercial decision-making and business growth initiatives.
