Job summary

GrowthAssistant is a fully remote team that connects marketing and operations talent with US-scale companies. We are hiring a Recruiting Operations Specialist to serve as the operational backbone of a busy recruiting desk, transforming resumes into client-ready packets and handling credentialing, onboarding, and MSP portal submissions.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting recruiting, staffing, talent acquisition, HR operations, or recruiting coordination.
• Experience using an ATS (Bullhorn strongly preferred).
• Strong attention to detail when reviewing resumes, candidate documentation, and compliance requirements.
• Experience handling high-volume administrative workflows with speed and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Create candidate profiles by transforming resumes into client-ready packets with summaries, profiles, checklists, references, and cover sheets.
• Perform quality assurance checks on candidate profiles for accuracy and formatting before submission.
• Submit candidate profiles through client MSP portals according to each portal’s requirements.
• Track credentials, licenses, certifications, and compliance documentation for onboarding readiness.
• Coordinate candidate onboarding documentation and monitor onboarding milestones.
• Support payroll and timesheet inquiries, coordinating with candidates and internal teams.
