DCX is hiring a Home-Based Operations Analyst in the Philippines to support end-to-end order operations for a US-based client in the promotional products industry. You will coordinate with decorating partners, vendors, customers, and internal teams to ensure projects flow from sourcing through production and delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• 1–3 years in promotional products, customer service, marketing, e‑commerce, or operations.
• Strong English communication skills (verbal and written).
• Ability to work overnight/graveyard shift in Philippine time or US hours.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace; familiarity with CRM platforms.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with decorating partners, vendors, customers and internal teams.
• Monitor timelines and production progress; resolve issues.
• Document action items and ensure follow-up; provide updates to stakeholders.
• Manage end-to-end order lifecycle from sourcing to delivery.
