Job summary

ET-Phone is hiring a Home-Based Online ESL Teacher to coach Korean students via online platforms. The role is full-time and remote, with evening hours (2 PM–11 PM PHT) preferred and flexible AM options available. You will deliver short to longer sessions and monitor student progress to ensure language growth.

Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in education, near-native English skills, and a strong work ethic. Training is provided and incentives are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an educational field.
• Excellent command of English.
• 6 months ESL teaching experience is a plus.
• Near-native English communication (oral and written).
• Peak hours availability (2 PM–11 PM PHT) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide online ESL lessons to Korean students via teaching platforms.
• Deliver 10/20/30/40 minute classes as scheduled.
• Monitor and evaluate student progress.
