Job summary

ET-Phone is seeking a Home-Based Online ESL Teacher to join our growing team of native English instructors. This full-time position offers online classes to Korean students, with peak hours 2 pm–11 pm PHT and a monthly salary of PHP 22,000 to PHP 32,000.

You should hold a Bachelor's degree in an educational field, have excellent English, and a positive, punctual work attitude. ESL teaching experience (6 months+) is a plus, and near-native communication is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College Degree in an educational field
• Excellent command of the English language
• Passionate, enthusiastic and motivated to deliver good results
• Minimum of 6 months ESL teaching experience is a plus
• Availability during peak hours (2 pm to 11 pm in PHT) or AM hours

Responsibilities

• Provide online ESL classes to Korean students via online platforms
• Monitor and evaluate student progress
• Deliver 10/20/30/40 minute online sessions
• Maintain a strong responsibility over students and classes with passion
