Job summary

Clipboard is seeking an Onboarding Expert to guide healthcare professionals through the onboarding journey on our app. You will make outbound calls, run short onboarding consults, and follow up with workers via email and text to answer questions and keep them engaged.

This remote role requires strong English communication, a knack for solving blockers, and a proactive approach to improving the worker experience.

Qualifications

• Must enjoy helping people succeed and resolve blockers.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication.
• Able to stay organized and follow through on tasks.

Responsibilities

• Make around 60 targeted outbound calls per day to Clipboard app users.
• Host about 5 pre-booked 15-minute onboarding consultations daily.
• Send follow-up emails and texts to support onboarding.
• Respond to inbound messages and support tickets.
• Maintain clear documentation of all interactions.
• Identify pain points and opportunities for improvement in the worker experience.
• Partner with teammates to ensure workers feel supported and confident to take their first shift.
