Clipboard is hiring an Onboarding Expert to guide healthcare professionals through the onboarding journey on our app. You will make calls, run short consultations, send follow-ups, and manage support tickets to help workers take their first shift with confidence.

You will work remotely, communicating clearly in English, staying organized, and tracking interactions to improve the user experience and drive successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Ability to make ~60 outbound calls per day to app users.
• Lead ~5 pre-booked onboarding consultations daily.
• Respond to inbound messages and support tickets promptly.

About The Role

As an Onboarding Expert, you’ll be a key contributor to an excellent onboarding journey for new and reactivated workers on our app. You’ll guide them, cheer them on, solve blockers, and help them take their first step to making a difference.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Make ~60 targeted outbound calls per day to Clipboard app users.
• Host ~5 pre-booked 15-minute onboarding consultations daily.
• Send follow-up emails and texts to answer questions and support worker onboarding.
• Respond to inbound messages and support tickets.
• Keep clear documentation of all interactions.
• Identify pain points and opportunities for improvement in the worker experience.
• Be the go-to guide and trusted partner helping professionals feel confident, supported, and ready to work their first shift.

• Able to work weekdays in US Eastern Time.

Experience in inside sales, client onboarding, customer support, or healthcare recruiting is a plus - but not required. If you’re a quick learner with great communication skills, we want to hear from you.

What This Role Is NOT

• Not cold calling - you’ll only speak with professionals who have accounts on the app.
• Not technical support - you’ll guide workers but escalat deeper tech issues.
• Not repetitive - every conversation is unique, and you’ll need to think on your feet.

Compensation Range: $14K - $16K
