Cruise Control Group is seeking an Offshore Sales Team Lead to lead a Philippines-based sales team for a fast-growing Australian business. The role combines sales finance know-how with a data-driven coaching approach to improve accountability and team performance.

The Offshore Sales Team Lead will manage a team of eight, oversee rosters to cover until 6:30pm AEST, and ensure timely handling of ~100 new leads and inbound calls while adhering to the client’s credit guidelines.

Qualifications

• 2+ years leading or supervising a sales or contact centre team.
• 3+ years in sales finance, lending or related role.
• Australian remote support experience preferred.
• BI/reporting tools experience advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a Philippines-based sales team of ~8 Sales Consultants.
• Manage roster with split shifts and weekend coverage to 6:30pm AEST.
• Ensure ~100 new leads and inbound calls are covered daily.
• Monitor performance via BI dashboards and act on underperformance.
• Review applications to ensure adherence to client credit guidelines.
• Coach on sales conversations and product understanding with customers.
• Recruit and onboard new team members with hiring managers.
• Report team performance and capacity to client's Operations leadership.
• Handle escalations and complex inquiries.
• Run monthly team meetings on Teams and support events.
• Comply with Privacy Act 1988 and Australian Privacy Principles.
