Job summary

Lago Staffing and Recruiting is seeking a Facility Coordinator (Offshore) for a full-time remote role based in the Philippines. The position supports work order coordination, vendor sourcing, and internal operations across the full service delivery lifecycle while aligned with PST business hours to assist US-based clients.

The role reports to the Director of Vendor Success within the Vendor Success department and emphasizes independent work within defined escalation protocols and SOPs.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in facilities coordination, property management, maintenance operations, or a closely related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English – client-facing written communication is a core expectation of this role.
• Experience coordinating with third-party vendors or contractors – scheduling, follow-up, and quality confirmation.

Responsibilities

• Own the full lifecycle of assigned work orders across Standard (One-Time) and Emergency types, coordinate and dispatch qualified in-network vendors, track status in the admin portal.
• Source qualified vendors for reactive work orders, vet and select, maintain vendor relationships, document outcomes for team visibility.
• Serve as the Tier 1 point of contact during working hours and escalate to Service Manager for Tier 2 issues with complete context.
