MicroSourcing is seeking a Desktop Occupational Therapist to provide essential non‑clinical support remotely. This role coordinates OT reports, assistive technology, and home modifications, ensuring timely action and compliance with SaH guidelines.

Responsibilities include coordinating quotes, tracking equipment and modifications, and maintaining clear written communications with suppliers, Care Partners and the Australian OT team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy required.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication.
• Strong administrative coordination abilities.
• Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Proficient with digital tools, tracking systems and document management.
• Stable internet and suitable remote setup.
• Willingness to work Australian business hours.

Responsibilities

• OT Report Coordination & Documentation Support: review reports and maintain a live tracker.
• Assistive Technology & Equipment Coordination: prepare quotes and liaise with suppliers.
• Home Modification Coordination: schedule quotes and track progress within budget.
• Stakeholder Communication & Liaison: professional updates with Care Partners and OT team.
• Reporting & Workflow Management: dashboards for assessments, procurement, and timelines.
