Job summary

SIIX EMS PHILIPPINES, INC. is seeking an NPI Engineer to lead new product introductions and coordinate across engineering, production, and customer teams. You will drive schedules, review technical docs, and ensure quality objectives are met while maintaining 5S and safety standards.

The ideal candidate has a engineering degree, 2+ years in manufacturing/EMS, and strong communication skills to manage customer updates and internal processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any Engineering field.
• 2 years in Manufacturing or EMS industry.
• At least 1 year in engineering/production.
• Familiar with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and IATF 16949.
• Experience handling engineering documentation (APQP, PPAP, Process Procedures, Customer Audit, etc.).
• Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong communication and time management skills.
• Good decision making and attention to detail.
• Resourceful with flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Lead NPI projects including new products, models, and customer initiatives.
• Coordinate cross-functional meetings to drive progress and resolve issues.
• Serve as primary customer contact for project updates, schedules, and concerns.
• Review BOMs, product drawings, and technical documentation.
• Develop and monitor project timelines, ensuring activities align with schedules.
• Support quality objectives and 5S housekeeping standards.
• Promote health, safety, environmental compliance, and ethical practices.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Job description

We are looking for a NPI Engineer to lead and coordinate new product, model, and customer projects from planning through implementation. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with excellent project management skills, capable of collaborating with cross-functional teams and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within quality standards, and according to customer requirements.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead new product introduction (NPI) projects, including new products, models, and customer initiatives.

• Coordinate and facilitate cross-functional meetings to drive project progress and resolve issues.

• Serve as the primary customer contact for project updates, schedules, and concerns.

• Review and interpret BOMs, product drawings, and technical documentation.

• Develop and monitor project timelines, ensuring activities are completed according to internal and customer schedules.

• Support quality objectives and maintain workplace organization, safety, and housekeeping standards (5S).

• Promote health, safety, environmental compliance, and ethical business practices in all project activities.

• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/college degree in any Engineering courses.

• Preferably 2 years working experience in an Manufacturing or EMS industry.

• With at least 1 year working experience in an engineering/production group.

• Knowledgeable in ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and IATF 16949

• Knowledgeable on handling engineering documentation (APQP, PPAP, Process Procedures, Costumer Audit, etc)

• Computer Literate (e.g. Microsoft Officer, Outlook, Excel, Word, etc)

• Excellent communication and time management skills

• Good Decision making & keen to details.

• Resourceful and good flexibility with task and work
