Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years in NOC/Network operations or related field.
• Strong knowledge of network protocols, monitoring, and incident lifecycle.
• Experience with VoIP and SIP protocols.
• Exposure to infrastructure and application monitoring tools.
• Proficient in Linux and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Monitor systems and networks to ensure uptime.
• Manage routine system maintenance on schedule.
• Analyze alarms and troubleshoot to resolution.
• Log and assign trouble tickets by urgency and type.
• Provide 3rd-level support for escalated issues.
• Maintain SOPs and runbooks for reliability.
• Coordinate with carriers and account teams.
• Incorporate AI tools in day-to-day operations.
