You will negotiate with providers, draft reductions, and ensure audit-ready case organization, communicating complex updates to clients and medical partners.

The ideal candidate is Spanish bilingual with a Bachelor’s degree, proficient in MS Word/Excel, and comfortable working with offshore teams on strict monthly quotas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a four-year course is required.
• Fluency in English and Spanish with professional communication.
• Experience with MS Word and Excel for deliverables.

Responsabilités

• Own the post-settlement negotiation process to reduce medical liens.
• Negotiate post-settlement liens with providers and agencies.
• Draft reduction letters and secure final balances.
• Organize clinical data and itemize client bills for settlement.
• Follow Medicare and other workflows for communications.
