The right candidate demonstrates ownership, precision, and discretion in a fast-paced global environment, partnering closely with stakeholders across US, APAC, and EMEA.

Qualifications

• 10+ years EA experience supporting C-level executives.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Highly organized, proactive, and detail‑oriented.
• Comfortable with AI and productivity tools (ChatGPT, Claude, JIRA, Confluence).
• Experience in fast-paced global companies and across time zones.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize the CEO's calendar across US, APAC, and EMEA time zones.
• Handle high-volume inbox management and draft responses for the CEO.
• Prepare meeting briefs, agendas, and follow-ups with clear action tracking.
• Coordinate internal and external stakeholders with speed and accuracy.
• Plan travel, logistics, and scheduling across regions; ensure seamless handoffs.
