Responsibilities

• Manage the CEO's calendar across US, APAC, and EMEA time zones with proactive conflict resolution.
• Handle high-volume inbox, draft responses, and prepare meeting briefs and action items.
• Coordinate travel, logistics, and documentation across regions; ensure smooth handoffs between shifts.
• Draft professional communications and act as a gatekeeper for stakeholder relationships.
