MicroSourcing is seeking a Full-Stack Digital Marketer to support digital marketing initiatives across social media, content, creative production, and campaigns. You will collaborate with the marketing team to create content, manage social channels, produce assets, and monitor performance.

The role requires at least 2 years in digital marketing, hands-on social media management, and proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and CapCut.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing, social media, or related roles.
• Hands-on experience managing social media accounts and creating digital content.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut, or similar tools.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Good understanding of social media platforms, content creation, and audience engagement.

Responsabilités

• Manage and schedule content across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Create and repurpose engaging content (social posts, short-form videos, graphics, blogs).
• Develop creative assets using tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut.
• Maintain content calendars and ensure campaigns are delivered on schedule.
• Support digital campaigns across organic social, paid media, email, SMS, and other channels.
• Monitor engagement, performance and audience trends to identify improvements.
• Assist with website and digital content updates (WordPress or similar).
• Collaborate with internal teams, agencies, freelancers, and partners on projects.
• Ensure content follows brand guidelines, tone of voice and quality standards.
• Stay updated on social media trends and marketing tools.
