Intrinsic Digital is hiring a Digital Marketing Campaign Coordinator to join our remote team. You’ll collaborate daily with cross-functional groups to launch and optimize campaigns, translating performance data into actionable insights.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of digital marketing experience
• 2+ years of analyzing campaign performance and providing insights
• Basic to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel (sorting, filtering, pivot tables)
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
• Confident managing multiple tasks with minimal supervision
• Problem-solver with a proactive, team-first mindset

Responsibilities

• Launch and update ad campaigns based on client needs and performance
• Use Excel to review campaign performance and suggest insights
• Monitor pacing, bids, and CTR to optimize results
• Review spend and performance data to keep campaigns on track
• Conduct geofence research and maintain internal tracking
• Communicate with team to gather assets and meet deadlines
• Occasionally support broader department projects and initiatives
• Other duties as assigned
